1. Nature of Services

• All services are performed at Skin Life Clinics.
• No shipping or delivery is involved.
• Clients receive services by attending their scheduled appointment at the clinic.
• All services are subject to medical assessment and approval by the treating physician or specialist before treatment.

2. Refund Policy

• Discounted services, promotional offers, and package deals are non-refundable.
• No refund will be issued for any service that has already been provided or has commenced.
• Refund requests due to a change of mind after purchase will not be accepted.
• If the clinic is unable to provide the purchased service due to operational or medical reasons, the clinic reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, including a refund or an alternative solution where applicable.

3. Exchange Policy

• Purchased services cannot be exchanged for other services.
• The value of a purchased service cannot be converted into another treatment at the client's request.
• Discounted or promotional services cannot be exchanged for any other service.
• Services may not be transferred to another person without prior written approval from the clinic.

4. Clinic's Right to Refuse Service

To ensure patient safety, Skin Life Clinics reserves the right to refuse or postpone any treatment if the treating physician or specialist determines that providing the service is medically inappropriate, unsafe, or not in the client's best interest.

In such cases, any paid amount will be handled in accordance with the clinic's assessment and the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Appointments

• Clients are required to attend their scheduled appointments to receive the purchased services.
• Clients are advised to arrive before their appointment time to complete any required procedures.
• Late arrivals or no-shows will be handled according to the clinic's appointment and cancellation policy.
