6. Value Added Tax (VAT)

• Medical services are subject to the applicable VAT regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Eligible Saudi citizens may receive VAT exemption on qualifying medical services in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations issued by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) and other competent authorities.
• A 15% VAT may apply to medical services provided to non-Saudi clients where required by applicable Saudi laws and regulations.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate identification information, and the clinic may request supporting documents to verify VAT exemption eligibility.
• If incorrect information is provided, the clinic reserves the right to amend the invoice and apply VAT in accordance with Saudi regulations.

7. Appointments

Clients must attend appointments on time and follow all medical instructions.

8. Payment

Payments are processed using approved payment methods, and tax invoices are issued in accordance with Saudi regulations.

9. Refund & Exchange

Refunds and exchanges are governed by the clinic's Return & Refund Policy.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate medical and personal information and follow all treatment instructions.

11. Treatment Results

Treatment outcomes vary from one individual to another and cannot be guaranteed.
