- Clients must attend the clinic in person to receive their booked service.
Booking Confirmation
- Once payment or booking is completed, a confirmation will be sent using the approved communication channels.
- The clinic may contact the client to confirm the appointment or request additional information if necessary.
Service Delivery
- Services are provided at the scheduled appointment time at the clinic.
- All treatments are subject to professional medical assessment. The treating physician or specialist reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline treatment if medically necessary.

- No physical products are shipped or delivered.
- No shipping or delivery fees apply to medical service bookings.
